Helena held IT and management roles with Irish, German, British, and Japanese multinationals prior to establishing CollierBroderick in 2002.
She previously worked with BASF, Smurfit Kappa, Fujitsu (formerly ICL), the Open University Business School, eircom and eircom International.
Helena holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Maths, a Higher Diploma in Education, a Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance, an MBA, and a Diploma in Employment Law.
Helena is a qualified Master NLP Practitioner, a Certified Mediator and an Executive Coach.
Helena co-founded CollierBroderick in 2002. CollierBroderick are a leading provider of HR solutions and leadership development in Ireland, using international best-practices and tools from our global partners, Marshall Goldsmith, Emergenetics International, Thomas International and Wiley.
Helena is an accredited Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach. She has worked with managers and leaders of organisations in the multinational/corporate and the SME sector. Her passion is for leadership development and continuous or agile performance management. She is results focused and guarantees measurable leadership growth through her partnership with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
In addition, Helena is qualified to use the Global Leader of the Future 360 Assessment, Voices 360 Assessment, The Work of Leaders 360 Assessment, Everything DiSC, Personal Profile Analysis, Emergenetics Selection Profile and Thomas International Aptitude Tests.

Pat held national and international policy and research roles prior to establishing CollierBroderick in 2002.
He previously worked with An Foras Taluntais, Macra na Feirme, the RDS and ESB.
He established a research practice in 1994 and completed research and policy work in 8 countries.
Pat holds a Masters in Agricultural Economics and an MBA. He is also qualified with a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
Pat is also a qualified Certified Mediator.
He is also qualified to deliver a range of aptitude tests, psychometric assessments and 360 feedback from a number of international providers.
Pat works primarily on research and surveys to enhance individual, team and organisational performance and outcomes.
